**What you will be doing**
You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Mission Systems Development Engineer for military helicopters (M/F) and can expect to be involved in:
- the integration of a variety of military systems (Optronics, Sensors, Secure communications, CuC-T, Armament, etc.) in the family of Airbus Helicopters military products (H145M, H160M, H225M, NH90, etc).
- Anticipating future needs and possible solutions (using Airbus Group network), from concept analysis up to feasibility during Research and Pre-Dev phases.
- Ensuring retrofit & upgrades of our fleet in service, to keep our avionics up-to-date (obsolescence solving, avionics improvements, introduction of new capabilities/features).
- In the frame of future developments, to define, develop and certify the most effective avionics solution.
- Participating to avionics Strategy at system level (family concepts, product policy,).
- Contributing to technology roadmaps for network, busses, video and connectivity (incl. wireless).
- Contributing to the set-up of the System Engineering for Avionics (process, methods & tools).
- Be responsible for the transverse activities & function (Management of commun resources, integrated modular avionics architecture, system configurability, networks & Busses, Connectivity, Data Loading & Failure Management,...).
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

**What we are looking for**
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
- An Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Telecommunications, Industrial, Information Technology or Programming
- Recently graduated or bring first experience in Systems Engineering (desirably in Aerospace industry)
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- Good knowledge in MS Office Suite and/ or Google Suite
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving innovation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset combined with an eagerness to learn and work hard
- The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
STATEMENT : This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities (Spain). Spanish nationality required.
