Your mission will be...
We require a Junior Asset Manager to join the UNIQ team in Barcelona, a Spanish high-quality leading developer in the urban “buy-to-live” market, a subsidiary of Urban Input Group. The Junior Asset Manager will have a transversal role across the projects, contributing to the execution and optimisation of the Business Plan throughout the different stages of each development. The role combines financial analysis with exposure to strategic decision-making across key aspects such as costs, timelines, cashflows, sales performance and project KPIs, working closely with internal teams and investors.
Tasks will include:
Support the day-to-day asset management of residential development projects throughout their full lifecycle.
Work closely with the different teams involved in each project, including commercial, marketing, technical and legal areas.
Participate in project review and decision-making processes, helping assess the impact of key strategic, technical and commercial decisions on the Business Plan.
Prepare BP models in Excel and manage its.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and/or ad-hoc reporting to investors. (The position requires advanced PowerPoint skills andsoundpresentation abilities)
Meet and coordinate with key external stakeholders such as architects, lawyers, consultants, agents and suppliers.
Report to the Senior Asset Manager and Director
Support acquisition processes throughbusiness plan review and coordination with the different stakeholders involved.
