Securitas Seguridad needs to incorporate a Client Manager_ Data Center in Madrid:
Functions:
Act as the single point of contact for the client, representing the company in all service-related matters.
Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions, promoting cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare offers, budgets, and continuous improvement proposals.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Supervise and/or collaborate in the planning and allocation of resources required for service delivery.
Oversee the proper delivery of the security service, ensuring compliance with the MFO and client-specific protocols.
Handle and resolve urgent incidents, complaints, or specific client requests, ensuring a swift and effective response.
Propose innovations and improvements that enhance security and operational efficiency.
Perform duties related to the various Securitas Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Information Security, Business Continuity, etc.).
Conduct and/or supervise the recruitment and selection of operational staff in line with company guidelines.
Support the development and continuous adaptation of operational staff.
Identify training needs for operational personnel.
Control service costs and quality.
Improve the profit and loss
