What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience
in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in
renewable energy, SaaS energy domain and/or OT cybersecurity. A track record of
exceeding sales targets
and successfully managing complex (enterprise) deals. Established and active network
within the
energy and/or cybersecurity industries, with a
track record of leveraging relationships for deal-making. Excellent command of
English, with
native or near-native proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish. Additional languages are an asset. Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to
simplify complex digital solutions
for customers. A self-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in
autonomous, international environments. Willingness to
travel extensively
across the region and designated events
Key Responsibilities As a
Sales Manager - Southern Europe, you will drive business growth across
Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing the adoption of our solutions. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Product, and leadership teams to
define and execute strategic sales initiatives
that align with our growth ambitions. Develop and execute a
sales strategy
for Southern Europe, targeting key industries and SMEs to enterprise customers. Own the full sales cycle from
prospecting to closing, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Build and maintain
strong relationships
with Senkron Energy executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders. Identify
new business opportunities
and drive pipeline growth in alignment with revenue goals. Work closely with the
RevOps (Marketing, Business Development, and Growth) team
to maximize regional impact. Represent Senkron at
industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
to enhance market presence.
