Experteer Overview As Senior IAM Engineer, you will lead the governance and operation of our IAM systems to secure access across a global IT footprint. You will shape provisioning, RBAC, and policy implementation within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. You collaborate with the IAM team and cross-functional partners to deliver reliable access controls and scalable solutions. You drive improvements and new technical solutions aligned with business goals, while ensuring security, compliance, and timely service delivery. This role offers impact at scale with a global, collaborative team and ongoing development opportunities.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Oversee the administration and maintenance of IAM systems, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls. - Manage domain admin and global admin roles to ensure secure access management. - Implement and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures. - Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes. - Apply enterprise IAM skills with expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and related services. - Manage service delivery to meet deadlines and budgets;
handle escalations and issue resolution. - Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless IAM operations across regions. - Monitor for security threats, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits. - Lead and participate in IAM-related projects, delivering on time and within scope.Responsabilidades - 10+ years in IAM administration with focus on domain admin and global admin roles - 5+ years as Domain Administrator in an Enterprise environment - Proficiency in IAM tools such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint - Strong knowledge of security protocols, authentication methods, and access controls - Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python) preferred - Federation technologies experience (e.G., ADFS, Enterprise Applications, App registration) - Understanding of PKI concepts - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
