At Prime Insights, we’re building one of the most powerful app ecosystems in the survey and reward space and we’re looking for a
Senior SEM Manager
to join our performance team.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who lives and breathes search. You’ve run
global campaigns
across Google Ads and Bing, deeply understand
ROAS and LTV tracking, and can scale
non-eCommerce, subscription-based apps
through performance-first search strategy. You’re not just managing keywords, you’re obsessing over
cohorts, testing
landing pages, and pushing the edge of what SEM can do.
Your profile:
4+ years of hands-on SEM experience
Proven results driving paid search growth for
subscription-based mobile apps
Strong understanding of
cohorted ROAS, CAC vs LTV, and performance optimization
Experience running campaigns in
languages other than English
Fluency in
French, German, or Spanish
is a strong plus
Experience with
integral campaigns
across Tier 1 markets
Comfortable with
Google Tag Manager,
GA4, and ideally
SQL
Bonus: Experience with
landing page optimization / CRO
