As a Performance Marketing Lead at Glovo, you will own high-impact regional campaigns across Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, activation, reactivation and re-engagement through App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels. You will lead data-driven optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis to hit regional targets and share best practices. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-paced, diverse global team that shapes growth and efficiency.

• Lead creation, development, and optimization of regional campaigns with cross-functional teams
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through UAC and programmatic channels
• Own performance targets and deliver on key growth metrics

• Collaborate with design, local marketing, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies

Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing
• Strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels for ROAS
• Deep knowledge of digital measurement, attribution, incrementality, and optimization
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple teams
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive projects from strategy to execution
