We welcome prospective team members who can help push our vision forward. /p pWe’re currently searching for anstrong experienced business development manager /strong to create and implement an effective sales strategies that expand our reach and strengthen client relationships. /p pThis is stronga rare opportunity to build a business development department /strong from the ground up, working closely with some of strongthe leading experts in our industry /strong. Over time, you will gain and train sales professionals, while actively seeking out other business opportunities to boost revenue and differentiate our agency on the competitive market. /p pWork from the comfort of your own home. This is a strongfull-time, fully remote position /strong. /p pstrongObjectives Responsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop and execute a business growth strategy from the ground up /liliSet up, optimize, and maintain a CRM system /liliReview sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines /liliNurture and grow relationships with clients and prospects /liliProvide continuous, constructive feedback to key stakeholder /liliUse financial techniques to improve revenue /liliMonitor and report on sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met /liliTrack all business-related invoices /liliTrain and oversee the work of sales professionals /li /ulpstrongSkills Qualifications /strong /pulliProven record of business and sales growth /liliExperience in customer service, marketing, or sales-related fields /liliExperience specifically in SEO, Digital Marketing, and/or Web Development is a plus /liliExperience in managing sales or marketing teams /liliEducational background in business, marketing, or finance is desierable /liliMastery of business and sales growth techniques /liliExceptional project and people management skills /liliOrganizational skills /liliProblem-solving skills /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills /liliNegotiation and networking skills /liliEnthusiasm for the role, our agency, and our vision /li /ul pstrongCompensation /strong /ppBase + Commission /ppTarget Salary: $108,000 - $250,000 /pp1099 Contract-based employment /p
