Our logistics operation in Spain is still developing and growing. The role manages key operational areas within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively support and participate in daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Lead, develop and organise the warehouse team, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.
* Ensure accurate and timely stock control, including regular and ongoing stock‐taking activities.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and health & safety regulations.
* Monitor team performance and take hands‐on action to maintain operational efficiency and capacity.
* Conduct performance reviews in close cooperation with the People & Culture team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or junior management role.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns and stock management.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance standards.
* Native level of Spanish and a good level of English.
