**¿Dónde trabajarás?**:
Our client is specialized in digital transaction security in Madrid. They provide video identification, back office and fraud detection services to companies around the world.
**¿Qué harás?**:
- What will you be doing on a daily basis?- You will help customers through video calls regarding their identity verification as a part of their onboarding process, following a closed and specific script
- You will be in charge of verifying the identity of the customer
- You will have to check and verify the customers' data
- You will be dealing with electronic notifications and processes
- You will have to do some administrative tasks
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have a fluent level of German and you can also speak English (at least a B2 level)
- You can speak Spanish (it's a plus)
- You are comfortable in front of a camera
- You are a communicative and empathetic person
- You have good organizational skills
- You are a quick learner and you know how to make your place in a team
- You are adaptable and able to adapt to different situations
- You have demonstrable knowledge of Word and Excel
- You enjoy the world of new technologies
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:
- We're offering:
- You'll have a permanent contract with 2 weeks training
- You'll have a competitive salary: €24.000/year
- You'll have a hybrid work model (except during the training which is at the office)
- You'll have a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (2 weekends per month) and always 2 days off/week
- Your working hours will be from 16:00 to 00:00
- You'll have up to 23 days of holidays
