We are seeking an intellectually curious and action‑oriented Product Marketing Manager, GenAI, to join our team. In this role you will lead the execution of experiments across Amazon‑owned channels, focusing on net‑new tech products and agentic solutions (e.g., AI agents). You will identify high‑impact opportunities where Agentic AI can transform marketing operations, develop and execute proof‑of‑conceptions, and drive quick adoption through hands‑on training programs across Amazon’s marketing organizations.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing roadmap for experimenting with agentic solutions.
- Conduct lunch and learn sessions across marketing teams to train marketers on how to leverage AgenticAI.
- Partner cross‑functionally with other teams, such as Content Systems and WWE, to guide their roadmaps, ensuring cohesiveness and marketing best practices are kept top of mind.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
