Job Description The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for contacting US companies and speaking to IT managers. The goal is to generate a "lead" by arranging a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. The role requires no direct selling over the phone; instead, it focuses on building relationships and setting up handovers to the client's sales team.
Responsibilities Engage with key decision‐makers: connect and initiate conversations with IT managers to understand their current technology stack.
Spark interest: present the client's innovative IT solutions and explain how they can optimize processes and increase productivity.
Create high‐value opportunities: set up meetings between prospects and the client's sales experts to advance the conversation.
Qualifications C2 English proficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not required.
Target‐driven mentality with a can‐do attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Residence in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid).
Legal right to work in Spain full‐time.

Base salary of approximately €1,780 per month.
Uncapped commission system—average incentives of €687 per month, potentially exceeding €840 for high performers.
