Your Mission & Impact
As an HVT ALM Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of the Codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform and its integration with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Your role will be critical in enabling efficient software development, version control, traceability, and compliance across powertrain engineering projects.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of a strategic digital transformation initiative within the automotive sector.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software, engineering, or digital transformation projects.
* Proven experience managing ALM, PLM, or enterprise software implementation projects.
* Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Codebeamer, Polarion, Jira, or similar platforms.
* Experience working with PLM systems, preferably Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
* Familiarity with automotive industry standards and processes, including ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and cybersecurity requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
* Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
What You'll Do
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Codebeamer platform, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
* Lead the implementation of the interfaces between Codebeamer and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring seamless integration.
* Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
* Coordinate with system integrators, engineering teams, IT, quality, compliance, and external suppliers to ensure project success.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and consulting partners involved in the implementation.
* Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements, including ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and cybersecurity frameworks.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training activities, and change management initiatives to support user adoption.
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior leadership.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive continuous improvement and best practices in ALM and engineering process management.
