brProject management for drafting of contracts in the areas of sales and procurement
brCoordination and alignment of contract contents as an interface function between sales or procurement, divisions, and specialist departments
brConducting contract negotiations as a member of the negotiation team
brFirst-level support for legal inquiries
brContract administration (database maintenance, documentation, archiving, signature process, approval processes, deadline monitoring)

brSuccessfully completed studies in law / business law
brSeveral years of professional experience in contract management
brExperience in managing contracts within respective software tool
brExperience in software and solutions business, as well as in telecommunications industry is an advantage
brBusiness fluent English and Spanish language skills required, additional languages (esp. German) is an advantage
brAbility to break down and communicate legal details to stakeholders in sales or procurement to jointly find the best position for G+D
