Join us as a Technical Sales Manager in the Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization (EAD) business in Spain! Developing and implementing strategic sales that not only maintain but also grow key relationships with our industrial customers, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for complex EAD solutions, ensuring that your proposals resonate with customer needs. As you identify new business opportunities and pioneer growth in untapped markets, your expertise will be crucial in driving both continuity and expansion of the business in Spain.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Generate business opportunities with customers from the different industrial sectors, such as Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Power to X, Pulp & Paper and Data Centers in alignment with the business strategy, generating project and services opportunities for Siemens Energy
Develop and implement medium‑to‑long‑term sales plans for assigned territories and key accounts within the sector.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring business continuity while identifying opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling EAD solutions.
Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations and are viable.
Support strategic initiatives by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in previously untapped markets.
What You Bring
You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical, Automation, or Industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
Industry Oil, Gas and Chemicals and/or Process Industry sector experience.
Experience in MV, LV electrical distribution and control systems (PLC, DCS) and experience in digitalization systems (digital application, cyber security solutions, etc.) for industrial environment would be a plus.
10 years of experience in field sales activities or account management, preferably within industrial automation, electrification, or process industries.
Possess a proven track record of managing large projects and exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English. Any other European language is a plus.
Bring strong skills in technical sales, execution, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
Strong relationship networking skills and capable of establishing respect and credibility through actions, communications, understanding and personal presence.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks.
Must be self‑motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast‑paced team environment. xhfqzwm
