This role involves supporting and managing various projects to help the company meet its sustainability and social responsibility goals. The ideal candidate should have fintech industry experience and work closely with the Regulatory Project Manager.What will I be doing?Assist the Regulatory Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.Develop and implement sustainability strategies focused on ESG initiatives.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and success.Monitor and report on project progress, including ESG initiatives.Conduct environmental and social impact assessments and analyses.Stay informed on best practices and trends in sustainability and ESG.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.What skills do I need?Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.At least 3 years of project management experience, particularly in ESG or sustainability projects.Experience in the fintech industry.Deep understanding of ESG regulations and standards.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
