Step into this exciting opportunity and help shape the future with us!**About this position**:As the Director of OSM, you will oversee a department of 50 employees, with five Process Owners directly reporting to you. These Process Owners are located across the Nordic countries. The Director's primary responsibility is to lead and inspire a high-performing team of process owners and managers, drive efficiency, innovation, and ensure alignment of IT processes with organizational goals.To succeed in the role as Director we believe you to have the following:- **Leadership Experience**: Experience of leading multidisciplinary and international teams within IT or a similar technical field.- **Process Expertise**: Deep understanding of IT processes, frameworks (e.G., ITIL, Agile), and process improvement methodologies.- **Communication**: Ability to articulate ideas, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- **Problem Solving**: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.- **Collaboration**: Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork across diverse functional groups.- **Adaptability**: Resilience and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational efficiency.- **Language**: Fluent in one of the following Nordic languages: Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian.
