About the role
At
Astek Group, we are looking for a data-driven technical professional capable of managing and forecasting GPU farm capacity in a Linux environment, using modern monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, while also being able to translate technical metrics into clear, executive-level reports for C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize GPU and cluster usage in Linux environments using modern observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Analyze infrastructure capacity trends and develop forecasting models to support scaling, hardware refresh, and cost-optimization strategies.
Prepare executive-level monthly and quarterly reports, translating technical metrics into clear insights and strategic recommendations for C-level stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and finance teams while ensuring reliability and security standards across GPU-enabled Linux nodes.
Mandatory requirements
Strong knowledge of GPU architectures and performance optimization.
Linux
system administration experience.
Hands-on experience with
Docker
and containerized environments.
Practical expertise with
Grafana
and
Prometheus .
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver executive-level reporting and insights.
English & French speaker.
Nice-to-have requirements
Experience in HPC, AI, and high-performance infrastructure environments.
A more strategic and analytical profile rather than a purely development-focused engineer.
Ability to work cross-functionally between business and technology teams.
