**What are we looking for**
We’re looking for a **visionary and collaborative Stack Engineering Manager** to lead the development and industrialization of our Solid Oxide Electrolyser (SOE) stack — the core of our technology.
This is a **unique opportunity to create and scale a critical component** from the ground up, in a company driven by purpose and innovation. You'll guide both technical design and engineering strategy, while building and empowering a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-performance, manufacturable stacks.
**What will you be doing**
You’ll lead the design and scale-up of our SOE stacks, ensuring that **fluid flow, heat transfer and electrochemical efficiency** are the primary drivers of every engineering decision.
You’ll create a clear roadmap, build a strong team around it, and foster a culture of trust, inclusion and continuous learning — all while staying focused on measurable outcomes and industrial scalability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of SOE stacks with a focus on **fluid flow, heat transfer, and system performance**.
- Empower and mentor a **cross-functional team**, building an inclusive and high-performing environment.
- Ensure that **simulation and modelling** drive design decisions from the earliest stages.
- Collaborate across teams (MEA, BOP, testing) to integrate feedback and align on shared goals.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and reporting with transparency and accountability.
- Contribute to recruitment and grant proposal efforts, helping shape the future of the team.
