Your Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and policies, roadmaps, and action plans which align with clients' goals and industry standards
2. Conduct sustainability assessments and audits
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations
4. Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
6. Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
7. Support our growth in the sustainability area by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships; contribute to proposals and presentations
8. Provide training and support on sustainability practices
9. Contribute to industry publications and events to enhance our visibility and reputation
Your Skills :
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability or a related role
2. Strong knowledge of international corporate sustainability frameworks and standards
3. In-depth experience and understanding on ESG rating and value chain due diligence and monitoring
4. Experience with net zero and decarbonization strategies is an asset
5. Knowledge and experience with different sustainability solutions - IT affinity
6. Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
7. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
8. Fluent in German and English
9. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
10. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
