The role focuses on bprocurement and commercial contracts /b, bgeneral corporate legal support /b, and bcross-border coordination with Group headquarters in China /b. /ppThis is a hands-on in-house position in a bfast-growing renewable energy sector /b, working closely with procurement, business and other cross functional teams. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities /b /pulliProvide proactive, business-oriented legal support to the company’s operations and commercial activities in Europe with a focus in Spain, working closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, project development, operations, sales, and management. /liliDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of bprocurement agreements /b, including EPC contracts; construction contracts, equipment and component procurement, warehouse service, logistics, transportation and services contracts. /liliDraft and negotiate bcommercial contracts /b such as sales, service, distribution, cooperation, and NDA arrangements with a focus on supporting the Spanish market. /liliAdvise internal stakeholders on Spanish law matters relating to commercial contracts, construction projects, procurement activities, and day-to-day business operations. /liliIdentify legal and contractual risks and provide pragmatic solutions to support project execution and business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. /liliSupport the development and continuous improvement to contracts and internal legal processes, assist with internal compliance initiatives and projects. /liliAssist with internal compliance initiatives, corporate governance matters, and other legal projects to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we’re looking for /b /pulli5–8 years of post-qualification legal experience (in-house and/or reputable law firm) /liliStrong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex EPC, construction, procurement, supply, and other commercial agreements, ideally in an industrial, infrastructure, or energy-related environment. /liliSolid knowledge of Spanish and broader European commercial contracting practices, with exposure to construction law and contract dispute management considered a strong advantage. /liliExperience supporting large-scale industrial projects, manufacturing operations, renewable energy, (BESS), or energy infrastructure projects is highly desirable. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and cross-border teams. /liliCommercial, pragmatic, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment. /lilibProactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, high professional integrity and sense of ownership. /b /liliFluent in English, both written and spokenb; Spanish /b language capability and familiarity with the Spanish legal and business environment are highly preferred. /li /ul
