We're expanding our team and looking for a Commercial Contract Management & Procurement Support Specialist with strong experience and a passion for excellence.
What you'll bring:
* Degree in Economics, Business, Law, Engineering, Construction, or similar.
* Solid English communication skills (B2+) .
* 6–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related fields.
What you'll do:
* Draft and manage financial and contractual documentation.
* Support meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain structured archives.
* Collect and analyze financial data for forecasts and cost assessments.
* Ensure documentation quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
* Process invoices and support commercial, financial, and contractual follow‐up.
* Assist with procurement procedures and administrative tasks.
* Contribute to reporting, data consolidation, and business process improvements.
