Tareas
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the evolution and optimization of business processes and digital solutions within the financial services environment.
This role will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping to identify business needs, translate requirements into functional solutions, and support the delivery of projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced and cross-functional environments.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to financial services processes and workflows.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support the design of functional solutions within IT systems.
Collaborate with different business areas to ensure alignment and consistency across processes and initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
Project Management & Delivery
Support the implementation and enhancement of digital products and internal solutions.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of functional requirements.
Participate in prioritization, planning, and release management activities.
Monitor project risks and support mitigation actions when necessary.
Ensure changes and developments follow established governance and change management processes.
Compliance & Operational Support
Support compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in collaboration with Compliance and IT teams.
Contribute to the evaluation of technical and functional solutions from both operational and business perspectives.
Requisitos
Must-have:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience working closely with business and technical teams in digital or systems-related projects.
Strong understanding of financial services processes, particularly within the loan lifecycle (origination, servicing, and collections).
Knowledge of financial concepts such as interest rates, credit scoring, residual values, and amortization schedules.
Experience participating in digital transformation initiatives, customer portals, or digital customer journeys.
Experience with Jira or similar project/task management tools.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
Experience in the financial services or captive finance sector.
Knowledge of AML, KYC, or regulatory reporting environments. xpzdshu
