You work across international R&D sites to deploy scalable phenotyping platforms and integrate PoC advances into production workflows. You partner with IT to build cloud-based data pipelines and guide external collaborations and IP strategy. - Define and execute the phenomics innovation strategy and technical roadmap aligned with breeding priorities
- Lead end-to-end technology integration from PoC to deployment across international R&D sites
- Act as technical authority for imaging, computer vision, and AI/ML in breeding applications
