Provide
1st-level IT support
via phone, email, chat, and self-service portalAssist employees with
system operations and troubleshootingPerform
root cause analysis
and resolve technical issues remotelyMonitor and categorize
IT tickets
in the ITSM systemUse internal knowledge databases for efficient issue resolutionCollaborate with
2nd-level support teams and external providersRequirements:
Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level)
both written and spokenGood command of English (B2 level)Experience in
1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in a large company environmentStrong knowledge of
Windows 10, Office 365, MS TeamsFamiliarity with
ITSM ticketing systems
(ServiceNow preferred)Analytical mindset and
problem-solving skillsHigh
customer service orientation
and attention to detailWillingness to
learn and develop
