You will work with functional leaders to align deal rationale with a cross‑functional integration plan and manage multiple complex workstreams. You’ll build executive-ready narratives and ensure consistent internal communications during the integration. - Translate deal rationale into a cross‑functional integration plan and critical path with functional leaders
- Lead key integration decisions (sequencing, scope, convergence vs. distinct) and quantify trade‑offs (synergies, cost‑to‑serve, risk, change impact)
- Drive execution of multiple complex integration workstreams across Tiqets and Expedia Group
- Maintain corporate function workplans, mitigate delivery risks, and resolve issues with functional leaders
- Act as trusted advisor on dependencies and risks, facilitate alignment, and create concise, data‑driven executive materials for meetings and forums
- Support consistent messaging to employees through close partnership with Employee CommunicationsResponsabilidades
- ~4-6 years in corporate strategy, strategic initiatives, business programs, or similar roles
- Experience structuring ambiguous problems, framing options, building business cases, and recommending paths to senior leaders
- Proven track record in leading cross‑functional programs at enterprise scale with portfolio and project planning, dependency management, and risk/issue management
- Ability to synthesize complex situations into clear narratives for different audiences
- Comfort navigating intersections between business operations, people, and change in fast-moving environments
