Qualifications
* BA or BSc in Business Administration, Market Research, Economy or related fields.
* Knowledge and experience in User and Market Research, especially within the Healthcare sector.
* Capacity to lead and moderate focus groups, workshops and interacting with the key stakeholders within the healthcare sector (HCP, patients, hospital managers, etc.).
* Experience developing strategic plans, analysing available business data to impact solution design.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
* Experience leading teams and good team player.
* Languages: Spanish (native or bilingual proficiency), English (Professional Level) and Catalan (Conversational level). Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
* Participating in different projects ongoing in different stages.
* Developing market research analysis and frameworks.
* Analysing trends and the latest news on the market.
* Conducting workshops and focus groups.
* Defining new solutions and strategies to be implemented.
* Training and assessing other professionals within the field of innovation.
* Contributing to the corporate development and expansion of ANIMA: business development, proposal elaboration, marketing plan, human resources, etc.
