This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, adecuado for someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex projects.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Program Manager in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes.Coordinate, track, and report on project activities, milestones, deliverables, and resources across multiple initiatives.Contribute to project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and updates for governance bodies.Simplify and harmonize documentation, including reporting templates, process artifacts, and meeting minutes.Monitor KPIs, risks, issues, and actions to maintain accurate program oversight.Provide administrative and meeting support to ensure smooth program execution.
Who We\'re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 5 years in a PMO or project management support role within complex, international organizations.Project Management: Strong knowledge of PMI, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, with experience supporting both traditional and Agile environments.Technical Skills: Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and full MS Office suite; experience with tools like MS Project or Jira.Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish; French is a plus.Other Competencies: Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in process improvement and harmonization is highly valued.
