**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Instruction**:
- Provide engaging instruction to primary students, adapting teaching methods as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Support various instructional initiatives to enhance student learning.
- Gather and analyse student data through observation, dialogues, and assessments to develop tailored learning strategies.
- Remain current with British National Curriculum standards and other relevant instructional requirements.
- Drive personal professional development by engaging with new educational trends and practices.
- Utilise technology effectively in the classroom, including learning platforms such as Google Classroom.
**Assessment**:
- Regularly assess student progress and maintain comprehensive gradebooks to track and report on performance.
- Assist in conducting school-wide benchmark assessments to monitor student achievement.
**Other Duties**:
- Communicate effectively with school administrators, colleagues and parents regarding student performance and strategies for improvement.
- Participate in various school meetings, including staff meetings and professional learning communities.
- Support the administration and staff in implementing positive behaviour interventions and fostering a conducive learning environment.
- ssist in the orientation and organisation of open houses as needed.
- Model non-discriminatory practices in all professional activities.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
- Uphold professional standards regarding dress, punctuality, and conduct.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience in delivering the EYFS framework
- Relevant teaching certification or qualification to teach in primary education.
- Strong understanding of primary educational practices and the British National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools in education.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

**Salary and Package**
- The salaries at school follow the Spanish national guidelines in terms of pay scales. The pay increases when there is an increase announced across Spain.
- National health insurance
- Administrative support with the legal documentation such as paperwork related to becoming a resident in Spain, registering with a doctor, opening a bank account, etc.
- Support and advice on finding accommodation. We will provide relocation assistance by paying travel costs and in addition we will also offer paid accommodation for the first month.
- Holidays are in line with international schools in Spain and then adapted to the local bank holidays.
