Job information:
* Provide strategic direction and leadership across all hotel departments to ensure the highest standards of servisce and performance.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with internal and external standards.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans to meet financial and operational goals.
* Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Build strong relationships with guests, staff, local community, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance in all aspects of operations.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort management.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting.
* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Deep understanding of Caribbean hospitality culture.
