Responsibilities / Tasks
* Lead and manage client interactions within your designated area (Catalonia, Valencia, and Balearic Islands) to ensure customer loyalty through our Service products.
* Increase sales volume and profitability of our Service portfolio.
* Plan activities and set objectives within the Service Sales team.
* Launch and promote sales campaigns for Service-related products.
* Provide technical and commercial advice to clients across the designated region.
* Collaborate on cross‑selling initiatives with the new equipment sales team and other GEA technology sales teams.
* Review and understand technical reports from the field team to facilitate effective client communication.
* Participate in trade fairs, promoting service equipment sales alongside new equipment sales.
* Provide market feedback (competition, trends, etc.) to the service equipment sales management team.
Your Profile / Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical); Chemical or Electrical Engineering also considered. Electrical and/or industrial process knowledge is a plus.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.
* Strong customer orientation and goal‑driven mindset.
* Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
* Knowledge of sales processes, organizational methods, and ERP tools.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.
