What You Will Do
* You are responsible for the functional and technical support of OPAL-based print and labeling solutions within the SAP environment.
* You ensure the smooth integration, stability, and optimization of label and printing processes across Production, Logistics, and Shipping — particularly within the SAP modules PP, MM, WM, and SD.
* You design and maintain label layouts, configure printer connections and system interfaces, and ensure reliable and stable system operations.
* You support system updates, international rollouts, and the upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation in the area of Print & Label Management.
* You advise business departments on requirements related to product identification, labeling compliance, and print processes, create functional specifications, and coordinate implementation with internal and external partners.
* You provide support to Key Users in daily operations and actively contribute to international projects focused on process harmonization and standardization.
What You Bring
* Degree or vocational qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
* Several years of experience supporting SAP-based print and labeling solutions, ideally with OPAL Label Management.
* Solid knowledge of relevant SAP modules (PP, MM, WM, EWM, SD) and their integration with labeling and print processes in manufacturing and logistics environments.
* Experience in SAP Customizing, printing technologies (e.g., thermal transfer, barcode, RFID), and label layout design.
* Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and excellent communication skills in an international environment.
* Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
