Key responsibilities
Property acquisition in an assigned prime area
Active follow-up and management of listed properties
Advising and assisting potential buyers throughout the sales process
Negotiation and closing of sales transactions
CRM management and reporting
Close collaboration with the commercial team
Candidate profile
Previous experience in real estate or a strong commercial vocation with proven customer service skills
Strong negotiation, organization and closing abilities
Results-driven mindset and clear sales orientation
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Good personal presentation
Solid knowledge of the city of Barcelona
Familiarity with CRM systems and strong command of Microsoft Office
Languages
Spanish: Native
English: Advanced
Catalan: Native
Additional languages will be highly valued
