The role:
As a Business Analyst specialized in Packaging Workflow Management, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance the efficiency of D2D workflows. Acting as a bridge between IT MSE (Marketing, Sales & eCommerce), Global Design, and business end users, you will translate strategic needs and opportunities into actionable IT product requirements.
Your deep understanding of business processes and workflow technologies will enable you to identify and deliver impactful solutions, working closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams including Marketing, IBS, and Global Design.
You will contribute to the Product Information & Content strategy under the guidance of the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Product Manager, supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, you will ensure best-in-class product development and lifecycle management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will manage stakeholder expectations and guide development teams in translating business needs into precise technical specifications for successful implementation.
What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst specialized in Packaging you will:
* Act as the subject matter expert on Marketing workflows (D2D), advising on the selection, implementation, and optimization of IT systems, digital asset management tools, and their integrations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams and external partners) to gather business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and define functional specifications for workflow systems.
* Analyze and document workflows, processes, and data across Marketing and Sales operations, conducting gap analyses and translating findings into actionable use cases and process flows.
* Work with IT and development teams to implement, integrate, and test workflow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system interoperability.
* Lead Agile working sprints with markets and developers to co-create enhancements, and develop E2E testing processes to ensure consistent data flow across integrated tools.
* Support end-users through training programs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ongoing maintenance of workflows and systems.
* Monitor and report on workflow performance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business analysis and process optimization.

What will make you a great fit?
* Over 5 years of experience in business analysis within Marketing, including Creative Design and Content Creation, and a strong background in implementing workflows and process improvements.
* Proven expertise in application development, Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), Agile/DevOps environments, and design thinking methodologies, with hands-on experience in project management and tools like Jira.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model and document complex business processes, conduct gap analyses, and translate requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
* Skilled in UX/UI, user acceptance testing (UAT), E2E testing, and training program development for end-users, ensuring effective communication across all levels and teams.
* Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Management (WFM), and integration processes between tools, with familiarity in digital asset management and marketing technologies.
* Experience working in global, cross-functional, and virtual teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners such as vendors and agencies.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, Visio).
