Experteer Overview
In this role you bridge technical delivery with business needs to shape Airbus Digital’s PDM/PLM backbone. You will shepherd two key backbones—the A400M PDM and the Spanish Windchill—working with cross-functional teams to ensure service availability, security, and timely delivery. You’ll drive roadmaps, coordinate with IT and security, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to keep our PDM ecosystem cutting-edge. This is a hands-on, cross-border role in a multicultural environment with a strong impact on defence programs and digital transformation.

• Act as Digital focal point for ADS A400M program, providing functional support to Spanish users
• Coordinate with ACA IT teams to ensure service availability and smooth technical changes
• Advocate ADS needs in ACA-led projects and align with ADS A400M PLM business
• Lead Windchill backend roadmap for Spain, ensuring performance, robustness, and security
• Define and execute Spain roadmap with subcontractors, IT Delivery Managers, and Digital Security
• Coordinate small-scale projects (e.g., interfaces, SSO) and keep components up to date
• Collaborate with Engineering, Configuration Management, Quality, Logistics, Architecture, IT-Security, and Networking
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary investigations and bring fresh ideas to keep PDM modern
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years in CS, engineering, PLM, or Configuration Management
• Strong IT architecture knowledge (servers, networks, databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLServer)
• Foundations in APIs (web services, REST), web servers (Apache, Tomcat), and Identity Management (Active Directory, PingFederate)
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth) and programming/scripting languages (Java, PowerShell, .Net, Windows/Linux)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Eligibility for Spanish authorities and export control accreditations
