At the forefront of biomedical science and technology, SHA fosters a collaborative environment focused on innovation, purpose, and excellence. /ppJoin a forward-thinking team committed to transforming the future of health at one of the world’s most advanced wellness institutions. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppbr/ppThe Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing the AB Living Group's global talent attraction strategy, supporting international expansion and business growth. This corporate position will act as a link between the global Talent Acquisition strategy and its local implementation, working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition at each clinic to ensure consistency in processes, standards, and candidate experience. /ppThe successful candidate will combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, participating in key selection processes, leading international talent attraction projects, and ensuring a candidate experience aligned with the Group's standards of excellence. The role requires a “Think Global, Act Local” mindset, strong business orientation, project management skills, and sensitivity to working in multicultural environments. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliDesign and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the Group's growth. /liliCoordinate and support the Heads of Talent Acquisition at clinics in Spain, Mexico, and future markets. /liliLead talent attraction projects linked to new openings and international expansion. /liliManage strategic selection processes and key positions within the group. /liliDevelop employer branding initiatives to position AB Living Group as an employer of choice. /liliImplement global selection standards and methodologies. /liliAnalyze recruitment KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and prepare reports. /liliManage ATS tools and systems and optimize selection processes. /liliCollaborate with business leaders to anticipate talent needs. /liliEnsure a candidate experience aligned with AB Living Group's hospitality philosophy. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppbr/pulliUniversity degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate or Master's degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Business Administration will be considered an asset. /liliMinimum 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting. /liliExperience in international environments. /liliExperience coordinating complex selection or expansion projects. /liliExperience in the hospitality, luxury, wellness, healthcare, or premium services sectors is desirable. /liliExperience working with senior stakeholders and strategic positions. /liliHigh level of English (C1/C2) essential.
