Business Developer Innovations South-Europe
Globachem is seeking a Business Developer Innovations for South-Europe with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help grow our footprint in Southern Europe. The role focuses on development and commercialization of Globachem's own innovative crop protection products in the South-European markets. You will provide market insights, map competition and coordinate with partners to drive product launches.
Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the development and the commercialization of Globachem's own innovative crop protection products in the different South-European countries.
* You provide market insights and map competition and competing products.
* Together with the responsible sales manager, you select the distribution partners and set pricing.
* You lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
* You build and maintain a solid network of distributors, CROs, advisors and industry influencers.
* You coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.
* You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
* You work closely with colleagues from Sales & Marketing, and across other departments such as R&D, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
* You are part of the Sales & Marketing department and report to the Project Accelerator Innovations at our Headquarters in Belgium.

Key Skills And Qualifications
* You have a degree in Agronomy, Bio-engineering or any related field.
* You have at least 7 years of experience in a technical-commercial role in crop protection and experience in launching new products.
* You have good knowledge of perennial crops (fruit, citrus, olives).
* You are fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English. Other languages are a plus.
* You are based in the South of Europe (Spain, Italy, ...) and are flexible to travel frequently to other South European countries or to the headquarters in Belgium.
* You are a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
* You apply a strategic and commercial approach in managing your projects.
* You are a teamplayer with a growth mindset.
