We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in our new flagship store in Covent Garden. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, driving sales performance, and delivering outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the store’s day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth running and high standards of customer service.
Develop and execute sales strategies with the Store Manager to meet targets and adapt to seasonal peaks.
Deliver a memorable customer experience, guiding customers through the purchase journey and resolving issues with care.
Coordinate team schedules, lead briefings, analyse KPIs, and set action plans to motivate the team.
Manage restocks and inventory in partnership with HQ, maintain visual merchandising standards and compliance with operational guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in premium brands or high‑volume retail environments.
Full‑time commitment (40 hours per week).
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Fluent spoken English;
knowledge of additionallanguages is a plus.
Interest in fashion, sneakers and lifestyle trends.
Proactive, team‑player attitude with excellent communication skills.
