At Sanoma, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Service Manager to help drive operational excellence across our Application Management landscape.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality IT service delivery, improving operational performance, and collaborating with international teams and partners across the organization.

Own and coordinate end-to-end service delivery for Application Management servicesEnsure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement across operationsAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding service delivery mattersMonitor service KPIs, incidents, SLAs, and operational performanceDrive improvements in processes, governance, and user experienceSupport a collaborative and customer-focused service culture across teams
3–7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or similar roles~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills~ Experience coordinating vendors or outsourced teams is a plus~ Familiarity with ITIL or service management best practices is beneficial~ Fluent English is required;
Spanish is a plus
Experience in large-scale or regional/global service delivery environmentsKnowledge of Application Management processes and governanceExperience working in remote/distributed teams
