As Consumer Care Product Analyst, you will contribute to our products and processes by applying product management practices, collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams, and supporting the launch and ongoing success of internal products.
Responsibilities Your main responsibility is to take care of the "consumer voice" product within our team, utilizing a product management approach to measure product performance and continuously deliver the best business value.
You are the product expert linking business customers (internal stakeholders) and technical teams (internal/external) with internal customers such as Global Consumer Voice Manager, contact centers managers and agents, digital marketing marketers, data compliance officers and Food & Quality managers, etc.
You will work with other IT & Data product owners, assist senior product managers in executing product strategies, conduct end-user feedback, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of internal products.
You will support the launch process, including coordinating marketing activities, preparing product documentation, and conducting training sessions for internal stakeholders when needed.
Qualifications 3 to 5 years of related experience in product management in an international working environment.
Knowledge and practice of Scrum (SaFe certification or Scrum certification preferred) and project management experience using Jira and Confluence or Asana.
Strong understanding and functional skill of Salesforce CRM (Salesforce certifications a plus).
Ability to translate business requests into product development backlogs, follow product metrics, and document products clearly.
Structured with excellent planning, budget control and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team.
Analytical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interprets a variety of technical instructions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong will to arrive at solutions.
Excellent verbal and written English; other languages are a plus.
