Your Development
At Amazon, you’ll learn by doing, with structured study time and support from expert mentors. The 42‑month programme, starting in September 2026, combines 80% working time with 20% dedicated learning, allowing you to work towards your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.

Project Planning and Delivery

About the team
Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You may support people programmes, drive innovation in tech, optimise operations, or contribute to projects in entertainment. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.
Basic Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older before the start date (September 2026)
- Right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030
- Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
- Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
- Not be registered on another government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
- Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
- Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
- If qualifications outside the UK, provide a Statement of Comparability via ENIC
- Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility; offers are subject to funding approval
- This apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation
