10+ years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry in arare Oncology or closely related rare disease environment, withexperience in drug launch preferredDemonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills across teams andfunctionsProven experience in full P&L responsibility, incl. strategicplanning/execution to drive revenue growth/cost optimizationExperience in developing and implementing strategic plans in alignmentwith broader objectives (regional/global)Strong communication skills and experience in engaging with a diverserange of rare disease stakeholders Solid experience in commercial operations, including resource allocation,budget responsibility, sales, and marketing activitiesFlexibility and willingness to engage in both domestic and internationaltravel as requiredEducation:
