* Monitor and optimize database performance.
* Manage and optimize Fabric/Power BI Premium capacities.
* Handle updates, feature rollouts, and cost optimization.
* Provide troubleshooting and support.
* Consult and advise on dashboard and report development.
* Define and implement best practices.
* Support change management initiatives.
* Develop and enforce data policies and standards.
* Manage metadata and ensure data lineage tracking.
* Implement authorization models and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Ensure data quality across the platform.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
* Proven experience as a Data Engineer with the Microsoft Azure Data Stack (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, OneLake).
* Expertise in Microsoft Fabric administration and optimization.
* Experience in capacity management and performance optimization.
* Knowledge of data governance practices (metadata management, datalineage, data quality, GDPR).
* Nice to Have:
* Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices for data platforms.
* Knowledge of best practices in data architecture and modeling.
