Availability: 10.04. -
Location: Spain – must have right to work in Spain, speak English and German.
About our offer:
- Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.
- Gross salary starts at 22,300€ per year.
- Meals and non‑alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times, as well as uniform, are included.
- Accommodation will be provided if you cannot live near the hotel but are adaptable to move within your country of residence.

About the job:
- Deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, interacting with guests of all ages and nationalities.
- Co‑ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events, putting the guest at the heart of everything.
- Deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards.
- Plan and run main events during day and evening, creating a fun, special atmosphere guests will remember.
About you:
- Sociable individual with excellent people skills, confident to work independently and as part of a small international team.
- Careful, detail‑focused, able to plan, deliver, and evaluate international activities and events, keeping guest needs in mind.
- Additional skills such as singing or dancing are appreciated but not essential.
- Comfortable communicating and hosting daytime & evening events in English and German; other languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experiences for all guests.
