The mission of this role is to ensure the correct assembly, installation, maintenance, and technical support of UAV mechanical and electrical systems, contributing to the development of new configurations while maintaining high quality standards across manufacturing processes.
Native-level Spanish is essential due to the technical and regulatory nature of the work. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain.
Assembly, disassembly, and integration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components in UAV systems
Installation of new software versions and system configurations
Routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of drones and their subsystems
Compliance with quality standards throughout all process stages, including proper documentation of completed work
Support in functional testing and system commissioning of UAV platforms
Assistance in spare parts storage and inventory management
Close collaboration with development and engineering teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
Customer support: assistance during training, maintenance, and upgrade operations both on-site and at customer locations
Completed vocational training as aircraft mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or equivalent xbhjioe technical qualification
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in assembly, maintenance, or repair of RC helicopters or UAS/drones
Team player with strong communication skills
Native-level Spanish proficiency (C2 or equivalent)
Professional English proficiency
