Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring adherence to integral guidelines and compliance while incorporating industry best practices.
Recruit top talent for these roles, considering internal and external candidates, and provide guidance to the team to maintain engagement, drive high performance, and uphold company values.
Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
Define and communicate the new total rewards process (including system integration when necessary) and maintain agility and compliance across the region.
