We’re looking for a strongBusiness Development Manager – Insurance /strong to drive growth by acquiring strategic partners, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet evolving client needs. /ppbr/ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /pullistrongDrive Growth: /strong Identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners for HBX Group’s travel insurance offerings. /lilistrongDevelop Value Propositions: /strong Tailor insurance solutions to partner needs and negotiate optimal agreements. /lilistrongExecute Strategy: /strong Implement commercial plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends. /lilistrongOptimize Performance: /strong Enhance go-to-market strategies and product offerings to maximize conversion and revenue. /lilistrongCollaborate Across Teams: /strong Work closely with Fintech, Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions. /lilistrongBuild Relationships: /strong Represent HBX Group at industry events and maintain strong external partnerships. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Skills Experience /strong /pulliProven experience in strongbusiness development /strong, strongsales pipeline management /strong, and strongcontract negotiation /strong. /liliStrong knowledge of strongtravel industry /strong and stronginsurance products /strong, including regulatory landscape. /liliCommercial acumen with ability to structure profitable agreements. /liliData-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills. /liliExcellent communication in strongEnglish /strong; fluency in another European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) preferred. /liliPrevious experience in strongtravel insurance sales or distribution /strong is an advantage. /liliRelevant insurance qualification (e.g., Dip CII or ACII) or equivalent experience. /liliAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and embrace change. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhy Join Us? /strong /ppBe part of a fast-growing team, work on innovative insurance solutions, and make an impact in a global organization. /ppbr/ppemYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
