Sales Executive Spain - remote

CRMs, RPAs, chatbots and AI have played a key role in digital transformation across organizations of all sizes and industries however, most organizations are still at the early stages of the journey.
Most COOs and Operations managers are forced to deliver quarterly operational efficiency gains to meet business needs, yet the majority of digital transformation solutions rely on long-term result windows and require multi-million-dollar investment tickets.
Automaise is on a mission to help organizations speed up their digital transformation journey, by deploying AI Agents that help administrative workers increase productivity and efficiency across a wide range of customer service and back-office tasks.
Our current customer base includes global organizations across Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, and Insurance, which rely on industry leading CRM solutions (Salesforce, Zendesk, Dynamics365).
We’re fast-moving, VC funded, seed stage company. Founded in 2017, we are building the future of an AI assisted workforce using proprietary technology based on conversational AI, Neural Networks, AutoML and Generative AI.

We are looking for an outcome-oriented, highly collaborative Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us address this massive market opportunity and take the organization to the next level. This role requires someone who is entrepreneurial-minded, proactive in identifying, developing, and closing new business, and is comfortable with outbound B2B sales.
Are you an entrepreneurial minded person who can identify, develop and win new business to achieve sales targets? Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
Identify and research territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
Develop a sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
Sales Pipeline Maintenance: Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of targets.
Engage with prospect organizations to position Automaise solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales process, engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, VPs, and C-Level executives.
Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new opportunities and sell Automaise solutions into midmarket accounts to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Short and Long-term Results: Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Mandatory - Proven experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS), within customer service/contact centers.
Success in leading complex and commercially significant sales to Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business leaders.
Consistent attainment of sales targets.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Consultative Sales Approach: Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
Language Skills: Native/Fluent in Spanish and another European language is a must.
