We're looking for a
Business Development Specialist
who is not afraid to do things differently. Someone who is proactive, ambitious, and excited to use AI-driven sales tools to find smarter, faster ways to grow.
What you will do:
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
* Generate and qualify leads using modern digital & AI tools
* Spot opportunities in the UK market and convert them into deals
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer success
* Keep CRM up to date and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
* Stay ahead of competitors by tracking market trends
What we are looking for:
* Strong ability to build rapport quickly with clients
* Curiosity and passion for AI and automation in sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset
* Fluent in English
* Desirable: Experience with lead generation and prospect management
