It is a 100% on-site position in Barcelona for the first 6 months, after which it transitions to a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes, or use power equipment.
* Providing assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps.
* Utilising language skills in French to provide outstanding customer service and support.
Qualifications
* Fluent level of ITALIAN at a native levebl and fluejt English.
* Strong passion for customer service.
* Knowledge or passion about technology and cars.
Location & Work Model
Barcelona, Spain. 100% on-site for the first 6 months, then transition to a hybrid model.
